Return – Cancellations
Returns are accepted 24 hours after receiving the product and as long as the packaging has not been opened and the product has not been used.
Products travel at the customer’s risk. The ompany is not responsible for any damage to the product or its packaging during transport to or from the customer.
In case of damage or loss of the product during transport, the transport company is responsible for compensating the customer.
The insurance of the products concerns the amount of €200.00.(for additional insurance of €200.00 it must be requested by the customer and a special price list of the courier company applies).
For products under warranty, the terms of the product manufactuter’s warranty apply, which are available either in printed form upon receipt of the product or in electronic form on a digital disc accompanying the product or in electronic form on the manufacturer’s website.
The transport costs of warranty repairs may, depending on the manufacturer’s conditions, be borne by the customer.
Order cancellations are accepted up to 1(one) hour after we receive the order.
